Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline for correctional facilities at the local, state, and federal levels

- Strong understanding of correctional operations, security protocols, or regulated environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to navigate complex, long sales cycles and government procurement processes
- Comfortable conducting customer meetings in secure and regulated facilities
- Proficient with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
