Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to the seal team of Production Associates and Leads

- Lead Total Associate Engagement (TAE)
- Play a key role in AS9100 QMS support and leadership in the Seal Value Stream

- Experience and Skill Required
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or related technical field
- Three to five years of previous supervisory experience in manufacturing processes - preferably in a metal machining environment
- Previous experience with metal Grinding, Turning, Machining and Assembly preferred
- Experience working with Aerospace components a plus
- Ability to work in fast-paced, diverse work environment
- Strong exposure and demonstrated track record of manufacturing in a lean environment especially in set-up reduction and standard work implementation
- Strong project management approach with the ability to manage medium to long term project plans and lead teams to achieve the objectives
- Ability to effectively communicate in small to medium groups of diverse backgrounds as well as effective communication with various levels of management
- Proven track record of utilizing sound problem solving skill set and root cause analysis as method of metric driven performance improvements
- Experience/Exposure in implementing lean daily management/vis
