Job Title: Electrical Systems Engineer (480V Industrial Power) Position Summary This role supports installation, troubleshooting coordination, and ongoing maintenance of industrial electrical systems up to 480V in a manufacturing plant. The position focuses on understanding electrical drawings and overseeing contractor work, with occasional on-site verification and minor maintenance support after equipment handover. Core Responsibilities (Must Do) Read and interpret electrical drawings and single-line diagrams (up to 480V) Act as technical contact for electrical contractors and vendors Support equipment installation, startup, and acceptance Identify electrical issues and coordinate corrective actions Maintain documentation and update redlines Ensure work follows electrical safety standards and NEC basics Additional Responsibilities Assist with maintenance planning after project handover Perform basic inspection, testing, or minor adjustments when needed Support reliability improvements and root cause discussions Coordinate work with production and EHS teams Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related field Experience with industrial electrical systems in a plant or manufacturing environment Ability to understand electrical schematics and power distribution diagrams Basic troubleshooting logic and communication skills Comfortable working on-site around equipment
