- Ensures data integrity and process continuity across Quote‑to‑Cash and Procure‑to‑Pay processes
- Vendor & Governance Management
- Acts as primary IT point of accountability for the Icertis vendor
- Oversees defect remediation, release validation, and vendor performance management
- Ensures changes are delivered through governed change and release processes
- Scope & Impact
- Global responsibility for a business‑critical enterprise application
- Direct impact on contracting compliance, revenue enablement, supplier governance, and operational stability
- Accountability for outcomes delivered through matrixed teams rather than direct reporting lines
