This role operates at significant scale. The CCO and Global Head of Marketing collectively carry a high meeting load across internal teams, external partners, and a global organization. The ability to manage this volume proactively is essential. WHAT YOU BE DOING Serve as the dedicated EA to the Chief Commercial Officer and Global Head of Marketing, with support extended to the broader commercial and marketing leadership teams as needed Own complex, high-volume calendar management: proactively resolving conflicts, anticipating scheduling needs, and protecting time for strategic priorities without being prompted Prepare and distribute weekly meeting agendas; attend staff meetings, capture action items, and drive follow-through to completion, owning accountability, beyond documentation Act as the primary point of contact between the CCO, Global Head of Marketing, and internal and external stakeholders; communicate with professionalism and discretion at all levels Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, visas, and logistics, anticipating issues before they become problems Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations with a high standard of quality Process expense reports, track budgets, and maintain accurate financial records on behalf of senior leaders Support candidate experience during interview processes, coordinating logistics across schedules and stakeholders Plan and execute team off-sites, corporate events, training sessions, and conferences, including venue, catering, AV, and cross-functional coordination Manage incoming correspondence, prioritize with judgment, and respond or route appropriately without requiring escalation for routine decisions Collaborate closely with the broader EA and administrative team to ensure seamless company-wide coordination Support the CCO and Global Head of Marketing on special projects and initiatives, ensuring on-time, high-quality execution Partner across the global organization, navigating time zones and cultural context with ease MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 7+ years of EA or senior administrative experience, with meaningful time supporting C-Suite executives directly Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or equivalent relevant experience Demonstrated track record in a fast-paced, scaling environment A reputation for exceptional follow-through and proactive problem-solving. you bridge gaps and resolve challenges before they ever reach the critical path Fast, responsive communication style - you treat responsiveness as a core part of the job Strong independent judgment - after an appropriate ramp period, you can make routine and moderate-complexity decisions confidently without requiring sign-off Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, especially under a high volume of competing priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to represent senior leaders with polish and professionalism High proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and DocuSign Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion Ability to work onsite five days per week in Pleasanton, CA PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Biotech, life sciences, medical device, or high-growth tech strongly preferred WHAT WILL SET YOU APART Experience supporting multiple C-Suite executives simultaneously within a scaling organization Familiarity with global team coordination across multiple time zones A proactive, solution-first mindset - you bring answers and creative problem solving to the table, Below is the base pay range for this full-time position. The actual base pay will depend on several factors unique to each candidate, including one's skills, qualifications, and experience. At 10x, base pay is also just one component of the Company's total compensation package. This role is also eligible for 10x's equity grants, its comprehensive health and retirement benefit programs, and its annual bonus program or sales incentive program.
