ROLE OVERVIEW The key role of the position is driving Turkish markets quality, timeliness, accuracy and Technical Day One implementations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an expert on various databases/products/data sets/market segments
• Solve data issues and advance these issues effectively. Ensure data quality in databases and design/adopt QC techniques
• Initiate & implement content enhancements and process improvements
• Involve with project planning, e.g. start-up meetings, sizing, documentation, information gathering
• Deliver TD1s projects as per roadmap and support team members on the same
• Write/interpret project and BAU documentation (e.g. PRS, MoWs) etc. using templates
• Translate business requirement of a project into work you're doing and enhancements based on knowledge about the data flow
• Proactively pick up issues & work with the team to resolve them.
• Act effectively during outage and lead data recovery across datasets. Attend client calls if required, serving with knowledge and expertise
• Represent confidently and proficiently the group at various forums, speak on behalf of the team, suggest different approach to how the things are done
• Develop new data sources and suppliers and enhance existing relationships with sources, suppliers and collaborators
• Act as a TL proxy, represent TL on various customer calls
• Ensure BAU flow works as per expectations and implement improvement when needed
• Drive market quality improvements and ensure smooth implementation of the same
• Hold numerous internal Spock roles and fulfil its established requirements
• Oversee a fair project distribution and support TL with assignments

Requirements

• Proficiency in Turkish is essential for this role
• Understanding of data flows between ETC databases
• Knowledge of LSEG products (Workspace and Datascope)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Strong Excel skills (SQL and/or VBA would be an asset)
• Demonstrable record of excellent customer service
• Project management skills would be a bonus
• In depth knowledge of ETC Turkish datasets & processes will be a strong advantage
