Flagship Lab Services is seeking a Life Science Facility Technician to join our dynamic and growing division in Cambridge, MA.
Working for a dynamic Life Science building and reporting to the Facility Manager, successful candidate will coordinate and/or perform the preventive maintenance and corrective repairs of utility systems, equipment, and grounds. Performs routine maintenance work and assists other Maintenance Technicians in performing corrective work orders, preventative maintenance and manual tasks such as moving equipment, offices and materials. Working under limited supervision, monitors building system operations and performance with complete oversight of building automation system.
