What the job is about This is a junior position in our first line of defence Reviewing, investigating, and making decisions on the outcome of fraud cases Escalating unusual activity to internal experts Acting in accordance with the written policies, procedures, and relevant guidelines Cooperating with other teams in providing efficient support and seeking to maintain customer satisfaction and desired outcomes with impeccable execution Previous experience in Customer Support or FinCrime role is valued Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Fluency in English, spoken and written.
