About the role

We are looking for 2 Development Manager s to join our Melbourne Development team, working on both current and planned projects in the a partments space . Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, you will play a key role in executing on the business plan. Your key responsibilities will include: L ead the execution of development projects in line with the agreed business plan Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle from brief preparation through to delivery Ensure developments achieve strong commercial outcomes while balancing quality and delivery objectives Effectively manage and balance a wide range of internal and external stakeholders Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across development, design, delivery, and sales Identify and manage risks, issues, and opportunities throughout the development lifecycle Maintain a high level of stakeholder engagement and communication to support approvals, delivery, and project success About You: You will have a proven ability to lead complex projects with excellent planning & problem-solving skills . You will also have: 7+ years' experience in development - ideally with experience in large scale apartment projects or mixed-use precincts . Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Adaptable, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes. Tertiary qualification in Property, Construction , or related field.
