About the role

We are looking for a Partner Account Manager to drive channel revenue growth across emerging markets, with a primary focus on Vietnam, followed by Indonesia and the Philippines. This role is focused on managing existing distributors, developing new channel partners, and helping partners win new customers through a distribution-led sales model.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing distributor accounts across Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners who can sell into new logos.
  • Work closely with distributors to build pipeline, engage end customers, and close deals.
  • Coach and train partners on sales approach, product positioning, and customer engagement.
  • Conduct joint customer visits with distributors to support commercial and technical discussions.
  • Drive sales of lower-end test and measurement products such as oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and related equipment.
  • Track partner performance, pipeline, and revenue growth.
  • Support the growth of distributor revenue through getting new logos through channel partnership
  • Travel approximately 50%, around two trips per month.

Requirements

  • Experience in channel sales, distributor management, partner account management, or technical sales.
  • Proven ability to manage distributors and help them close deals with end customers.
  • Track record of growing revenue through existing and new partners.
  • Ability to coach partners to hunt for new logos and develop new business.
  • Experience selling technical products into engineering, manufacturing, electronics, telecom, industrial, or related sectors.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple markets independently.
