To support this mission, Syngenta's Hiring Team is seeking a Logistic Staff (m/w/d) in Münchwilen, Switzerland. Purpose of the role As a Logistic Staff (m/w/d) you primary focus on managing and executing all operational activities related to receiving goods, shipping samples, packing, warehousing, transporting, and ordering various operating materials. Accountabilities Supporting other logistics areas as needed and maintaining accountability for all assigned activities. Receiving and inspecting delivered goods for damage and quantity accuracy while recording and forwarding deviations to Logistics Administration. Forwarding product data to appropriate departments and ensuring correct labeling of all items. Allocating storage capacities optimally and performing independent optimizations of storage locations. Complying with operational protective measures, H&P statements, SHE guidelines, regional laws, and internal instructions. Upholding collective responsibility for colleagues and addressing any observed misconduct. Decanting, labeling, and packaging chemicals and various packaging materials. Solving organizational issues independently and reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager when necessary. Professional experience in logistics or chemical-related sectors (such as apprenticeship in logistics or chemical related field) Valid forklift license. Strong commitment to HSE, PPE standards, and workplace hygiene. Solid understanding of tactical and strategic continuous improvement (OPEX). Fluency in German and preferably in English too.
