JOB DESCRIPTION Floor Staff BQ Bar ROLE OVERVIEW Weare looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Floorstaff to join the BQ Bar team.The ideal candidate demonstrates genuine hospitality and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic bar environment. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar. - Help guests be aware of and choose menu items, take orders, and ensure guests feel well taken care of throughout their visit. - Keep the bar stocked and clean while consistently providing friendly and attentive service. - Adhere to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages responsibly. - Suggest food and beverages to guests, actively up selling to enhance the guest experience. - Observe guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service at all times. - Properly open and pour wine at the table side following established service protocols. - Maintain grooming and appearance standards consistently in line with BQ Bar guidelines. KEY COMPETENCIES - Strong customer service orientation with a genuine passion for hospitality. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. - Knowledge of cocktail preparation, wine service, and beverage pairings. - Strong teamwork ethic and willingness to support colleagues. - Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
