About the role

The Campus Coordinator ensures the campus runs smoothly every day. You are a flexible, steady presence who fills in wherever needed to keep students safe and the day on track.   • Greet families and support daily arrival routines
  • Take attendance and manage morning logistics
  • Support classrooms and Studio Guides with operational needs
  • Monitor hallways, bathrooms, recess, and shared spaces for safety
  • Assist with setup, supplies, copies, and materials
  • Communicate daily updates and concerns to the Campus Leader
  • Maintain campus cleanliness and organization throughout the day
  • Support lunch, recess, and transitions
  • Manage dismissal routines and verify student pickup
  • Flag facilities needs and follow safety procedures

Requirements

  • Ideally, 2+ years of related experience
  • Warm, welcoming presence with families and students
  • Highly reliable, organized, and consistent
  • Flexible and able to support wherever needed
  • Strong communicator who notices details
