Join MSS Security as a Full-Time Relief Security Officer and gain experience across multiple premium corporate and banking sites throughout the Sydney CBD. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, wants to broaden their skills, and is motivated to progress into a Control Room Operator position and also many other career progression. You'll receive training across several prestigious client sites, giving you valuable exposure to different environments while working with an experienced and supportive team. As a Relief Security Officer, you'll provide professional security services across several corporate locations in Sydney CBD. No two days are the same-you'll support different sites while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors. This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable, reliable, and looking to build a long-term career within one of Australia's leading security providers.

Responsibilities

• Managing access control systems and CCTV monitoring
• Greeting visitors and providing exceptional customer service
• Conducting visitor sign-ins, inductions, and maintaining access registers
• Performing internal and external patrols
• Responding professionally to incidents and security enquiries
• Completing accurate incident reports and security documentation
• Supporting multiple premium corporate sites across the Sydney CBD
• Building the skills required for future progression into a Control Room position

Requirements

• Essential
• Current NSW Security Licence
• Certificate II in Security Operations
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong computer literacy and confidence learning new systems
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work across multiple CBD locations
• Highly Regarded
• Previous experience in a corporate security environment
• Experience using CCTV and electronic access control systems
• A genuine desire to develop your career within the security industry
