Head Chef / Culinary Operations Manager Park Bäckerei is a German bakery located in Icon Village, Tanjong Pagar, with a focus on pretzel-based baked goods across dine-in, retail/takeaway, and catering settings. Our pretzel-baked goods range includes authentic German pretzels, sweet Laugen buns, stuffed bagels, and other mouth-watering baked goods, using only the highest-quality ingredients. We have also built up a strong portfolio of authentic German hot dishes, from Currywurst to Pork Knuckle, as well as higher-end culinary gems such as 48-hour slow-cooked beef brisket with red cabbage and German lingonberry sauce. We currently operate two outlets in the Marina / Tanjong Pagar area and are building a first-class team to create bandwidth for expansion and growth. We are looking for a driven individual to manage our culinary operations, as well as catering and delivery planning. The right candidate should be good with people and have the talent to organize, maintain, and improve workflows and processes in a well-run workplace. Ambition and the drive to take on greater responsibility over time are a plus. A culinary background, such as Sous Chef or similar, is a must. Experience with baked goods, German, and European food is a big plus.
