As an MT Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include: Operations : Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation, and customer service for Enterprise clients. Build relationships with Clients through constant contact and advocacy by offering advice, solutions, and proactive issue management. Lead continuous improvement initiatives with clients. Monitor, improve and report upon key performance indicators including financial performance of accounts and team productivity. Conduct market research to proactively communicate industry trends that will impact a client's business. Management: Identify and develop talent through coaching, mentoring and performance management Provide operational excellence by training, developing, and managing your team on a daily basis. Coach team members to grow and succeed in their roles.
