Requirements

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Workforce Planning professional to lead the organisation's annual manpower planning, workforce budgeting, forecasting and analytics activities. Working closely with HR Business Partners, Finance and senior leadership, you will provide strategic workforce insights to support organisational planning, resource allocation and decision-making. This role is well suited to candidates from HR Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, Compensation Planning, or Finance FP&A backgrounds with significant experience in manpower budgeting and workforce cost planning. Lead the annual workforce planning and manpower budgeting exercise. Develop workforce forecasts, scenario models and headcount plans aligned to organisational priorities. Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance and business stakeholders to consolidate manpower requirements and workforce plans. Analyse workforce costs, budget variances and manpower trends to support strategic planning. Prepare workforce analytics, dashboards and management reports for senior leadership. Present workforce planning insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement of workforce planning processes, reporting standards and data governance.
