Warehouse Supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Warehouse Team Lead / Supervisor role.
• Experience in logistics, distribution, or 3PL warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management System) and inventory management.
• Forklift license is an added advantage

📍 Location: East Singapore 💰 Salary: Up to $3,500 + Shift Allowance + OT 🕒 Shift Available: 1345 - 2330 or 2300 - 0845 (Mon to Fri) Job Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of warehouse assistants and forklift operators to achieve daily operational targets. Oversee inbound, outbound, picking, packing, put-away, and inventory control activities. Monitor manpower allocation, attendance, productivity, and work quality. Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, workplace safety regulations, and housekeeping standards. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, operational issues, and shipment delays. Conduct daily team briefings and provide coaching/training to team members. Coordinate with internal departments and customers to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Prepare operational reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
