Responsibilities

- Knowledge of local codes, building regulations, and authority submission processes
- Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in commercial, retail, F&B, hospitality, or office fit-out projects
- Familiarity with BCA, SCDF, NEA, PUB, URA requirements
- WSQ "Apply Workplace Safety and Health in Construction Sites" certification (formerly CSOC)
- Strong communication skills
- Team player with problem-solving and client management skills
