Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or progress toward CPA preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years' experience, with at least 2 years public accounting and 2 years industry experience preferred.
  • Strong background with SEC filings (10K, 10Q) and internal controls/GAAP practices/protocols.
  • Proficiency with SEC reporting tools such as Workiva
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products such as Power BI to include experience with accounting software (e.g. Oracle).
  • Strong technical accounting skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail oriented Senior Analyst to join our External Reporting team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the preparation, accuracy and timely submission of all financial statements and disclosures filed with the SEC, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, draft disclosures and support the quarterly and annual reporting and earnings cycles. The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundational knowledge of financial statements, excellent technical accounting research skills, working knowledge of external reporting software and the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
