About the role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Associate to own and scale our paid acquisition engine. This role will report to the Head of Performance Marketing and is ideal for someone with deep experience managing large-scale budgets, driving efficient growth, and building a high-velocity experimentation culture across channels.

Responsibilities

  • Help with performance marketing across paid channels, managing a minimum of $100M+ in annual ad spend with clear accountability for CAC, LTV, payback period, and revenue growth
  • Scale and optimize campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, affiliates, and emerging channels, with a strong bias toward testing, iteration, and capital-efficient growth
  • Partner closely with creative, brand, product, and analytics teams to drive creative strategy and feedback loops, turning performance insights into stronger ad concepts, messaging, hooks, landing pages, and conversion paths
  • Build a rigorous experimentation engine across audiences, bidding, offer strategy, funnel structure, creative formats, and attribution, using data to identify where incremental spend can drive outsized returns
  • Develop and maintain a best-in-class performance reporting system, including forecasting, budget allocation, channel mix modeling, and incrementally thinking, so leadership can make fast, informed growth decisions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or growth marketing, preferably in a consumer tech, fintech, or high-growth startup environment
  • Proven experience managing large-scale paid media budgets ($50M-$100M+ preferred)
  • Deep expertise across major paid acquisition platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Google, and YouTube
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution, incrementally testing, and performance modeling
  • Track record of scaling growth while maintaining or improving efficiency metrics such as CAC, LTV, and payback period
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, product, and data teams
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Cross-environment buying experience (web + mobile app)
  • Experience in trading, fintech, or financial products
  • Familiarity with advanced attribution models and incrementally testing frameworks
  • Strong intuition for creative strategy and direct response marketing
