Data Integration Lead

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data integration and/or data engineering roles
• 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role
• Strong hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools and modern data integration patterns
• Solid knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data warehousing concepts
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services, microservices architecture , and data streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka)
• Advanced SQL and data modeling skills
• Proven experience leading integration projects in complex enterprise environments
• Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to bridge technical depth with business needs and simplify complex problems
• Strong analytical , problem-solving, and decision-making mindset

The project has a fixed duration: 2026. September 1 - December 31. As a Data Integration Lead, you will take end-to-end ownership of integration activities related to the MDM platform. You will provide technical leadership, define integration strategies, and ensure the successful design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality integration solutions across multiple systems and teams. You will act as the key coordination point between architecture, business stakeholders, project teams, and external systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, governance principles, and program timelines.
