Design scalable 4D compensation structures using: Legislative Data Group (LDG) Job Family Job Function Grade structures . Define Oracle best-practice-based architecture aligned with Redwood UI compatibility. . Evaluate alternative technical approaches and provide recommendations. Oracle HCM & Compensation .
