Job Description As the Talent & Development Team Lead, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and evaluating innovative talent and learning solutions that foster a high-performance culture and support the strategic objectives of UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd. You will lead a small team to drive employee growth and development initiatives. Responsibilities:** * Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Talent & Development specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. * Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify critical skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization. * Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective learning programs, workshops, and initiatives, utilizing a blended learning approach (e.g., e-learning, in-person training, coaching, mentoring). * Manage the full learning and development lifecycle, from content creation and vendor selection to program delivery and evaluation of impact. * Implement and oversee performance management systems, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and performance reviews. * Develop and execute talent identification and succession planning strategies to build a robust talent pipeline. * Champion employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive and inclusive work environment. * Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in talent development, learning technologies, and HR analytics. * Collaborate closely with HR business partners and line managers to ensure talent development initiatives align with business needs. * Prepare and present reports on key talent metrics, program effectiveness, and ROI to senior leadership. Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. * Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity. * Proven track record of designing, implementing, and evaluating successful talent and learning programs. * Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and various learning technologies. * Experience with performance management systems and succession planning frameworks. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. * Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. * Proficiency in HRIS and learning management systems (LMS). * Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment is highly desirable.
