AI Outbound Specialist (german-Speaking)

No campaign briefs to approve through three layers of management. This role is for someone who thinks in tool stacks and automation sequences . Someone who gets excited about enriching a list of 500 leads in Clay, building a perfectly segmented outbound sequence in Lemlist, and waking up to see 3 new demo bookings in the calendar - because the machine they built worked overnight. You will own AI-driven outbound campaigns end-to-end for two brands simultaneously - with minimal oversight and maximum autonomy. Your one measurable output is meetings booked . Everything else is in service of that. If you have ever described yourself as "AI-native" and meant it - this role was written for you.

Responsibilities

• Own and run AI-powered outbound campaigns across two product lines from end to end - from lead sourcing to demo booked
• Source, enrich, and segment prospect lists using tools like Clay or equivalent data enrichment platforms
• Build and manage outbound sequences via Lemlist or similar tools - you design the flow, write the copy, and optimise for replies
• Maintain CRM hygiene (Salesforce or HubSpot) - clean data is non-negotiable
• Build and manage workflow automations using Make, Zapier , or similar
• Test, iterate, and improve campaigns continuously based on performance data
• Run campaigns in German , independently - you are the quality control

Requirements

• C1/2 German - Non-Negotiable. You will be running outbound campaigns in German with little to no oversight. Native fluency is an absolute requirement. If your German is anything below that please do not apply.
• Driven by one metric: meetings booked. This role is not about brand awareness, content calendars, or nurture flows. Every decision you make is in service of one question: "Will this get us more demos?"
• 1-3 years of relevant experience working with AI-driven outbound or growth automation tools. We will consider candidates with less experience if they can demonstrate strong, hands-on, results-backed work with AI outbound stacks.
• Independent and self-directed. You won't have a manager reviewing your campaigns daily. You need to be comfortable running autonomously, making decisions fast, and taking full ownership of outcomes.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) in addition to German.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or e-commerce / logistics tech
• Background in sales ops or RevOps
• Familiarity with API-based integrations
