This is a casual position with no set weekly hours of work. What will you be doing? On the shopfloor, you'll help customers find everything they need for a special Christmas, whether it's reaching a toy on the top shelf or pointing them to the right aisle. You'll also support merchandising displays and work alongside our Night Fill elves to keep shelves stocked and sparkling. At checkouts, you'll be the friendly face that helps customers wrap up their Christmas shopping. From scanning gifts to packing bags with care, you'll make every transaction count. You'll keep the front of house looking inviting, making sure last-minute stocking fillers are well-stocked. It's all about creating a great in-store customer experience! You'll be right in the action, on your feet, helping customers, and keeping things moving. If you're someone who shows up, takes initiative, and works well independently and in a team, then this roles for you. Retail experience is a plus, but what matters is your attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. You get what great customer service is all about! We're especially keen to hear from people with strong availability throughout December and over public holidays-this is when the magic (and the rush!) really happens.
