Responsibilities
- Maintain platform reliability, operational efficiency and service quality across production and supporting environments
- Prioritize incident prevention, rapid incident resolution and structured change to protect service levels and user experience
- Define operational processes, managing incident and problem resolution workflows, overseeing capacity planning, and coordinating scheduled maintenance
- Establish and monitor performance metrics, delivers regular operational reporting, and presents risks and improvement opportunities to stakeholders
- Drive process standardization, identifying automation opportunities and ensuring operational documentation is current and accessible
- Partner with HR & Talent Acquisition on hiring & retention, with a view to becoming employer of choice.
- The role will require travel across office locations to support and mentor team.
Requirements
- Technical Skills
- The role requires a strong understanding of change management and operational risk mitigation practices.
- Ability to manage cross functional relationships and communicate effectively stakeholders
- Experience reporting operational metrics and service level indicators
- Experience in incident and problem management and running post incident reviews
- Leadership Skills
- Experience managing vendors and external service providers.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to incidents outside normal working hours when required.
- Promoting a culture of transparency and trust, learning from mistakes, and staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
