Concierge Receptionist - Night Key Responsibilities will include: Is aware at all times of activities in the city (theatre, arts, exhibits, concerts, shows, sports and leisure activities). Is also familiar with the city restaurants and has established contacts with them to provide maximum guest service. Performs all reasonable services a guest may require; anticipate guest requests and requirements in order to be able to satisfy them efficiently and promptly. Conduct is always friendly, courteous and professional in meeting guests needs. Ensures the proper handling of guest messages, mail, packages, flowers and faxes. Reviews all memos. Logbooks, messages, VIP lists, function sheets, etc. to ensure up to date and thorough knowledge of functions and happenings within the hotel.
