Role title: Alumni Engagement Assistant (Casual) Purpose : Provide administrative support to the Alumni Engagement team on a required basis. Key tasks may include: - Assist with the coordination of the RMIT Alumni Business Directory including reviewing submissions, database administration, working with Digital to upload new listings and identifying content opportunities. - Produce marketing collateral on Adobe Express (training provided). - General team assistance which could include but not limited to copy writing, social media support, collating data and metrics for reports, event assistance, CRM administration and support in delivering the annual eDM calendar and tactical emails. - Additional duties as required.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to review and edit copy.
• Ability to manage process driven tasks.
• Experience using in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience in maintaining a database and reporting key metrics is desired but not essential.
• Reporting Line:
• Reports to the Senior Manager Alumni Engagement.
• Engagement Type:
• This role is engaged on a casual, as-required basis. There is no guarantee of ongoing or regular work. Hours will vary based on operational requirements.
• A tertiary qualification in Advertising, Marketing, Business, PR or a related field is desirable.
