With our ongoing expansion, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated professional to join our growing company. Job Descriptions: 1) Technical Service & Maintenance: Perform periodic servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CRAC/WDS systems. Diagnose hardware/software faults, identify root causes, and recommend solutions. Conduct equipment power-up/down procedures and respond promptly to e-calls (emergency calls). 2) Client Support & Training: Provide technical support and onsite training on Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMM). Maintain strong client relationships. Liaise with customer engineering departments to ensure compliance with company procedures and quality guidelines. 3) Documentation & Reporting: Complete detailed service reports after each servicing/e-call. Submit weekly/monthly reports on work activities, progress, and remedial actions. Maintain accurate filing, documentation, and tracking of all service records. 4) Site & Contractor Management: Monitor and manage contractor activities to ensure adherence to safety/operational procedures. Review site "Events and Actions," implementing corrective measures as needed. Plan, execute, and update daily work schedules. 5) Safety & Compliance: Strictly follow data center safety rules, regulations, and quality standards. Ensure all work activities comply with occupational safety guidelines. Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
