Requirements

• ITE/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh Polytechnic graduates with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline are encouraged to apply.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance engineering (ACMV/DX systems preferred) is preferred.
• Proficient in electrical/mechanical systems troubleshooting.
• Practical knowledge of CRAC, WDS (water detection system) or related critical infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Team player with a positive, motivated, and willing-to-learn attitude.
• Candidates must demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to perform standby duties as required by operational needs.
• Able to perform manual tasks in data center environments.

Job Descriptions: 1) Technical Service & Maintenance: Perform periodic servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CRAC/WDS systems. Diagnose hardware/software faults, identify root causes, and recommend solutions. Conduct equipment power-up/down procedures and respond promptly to e-calls (emergency calls). 2) Client Support & Training: Provide technical support and onsite training on Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMM). Maintain strong client relationships. Liaise with customer engineering departments to ensure compliance with company procedures and quality guidelines. 3) Documentation & Reporting: Complete detailed service reports after each servicing/e-call. Submit weekly/monthly reports on work activities, progress, and remedial actions. Maintain accurate filing, documentation, and tracking of all service records. 4) Site & Contractor Management: Monitor and manage contractor activities to ensure adherence to safety/operational procedures. Review site "Events and Actions," implementing corrective measures as needed. Plan, execute, and update daily work schedules. 5) Safety & Compliance: Strictly follow data center safety rules, regulations, and quality standards. Ensure all work activities comply with occupational safety guidelines. Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
