About the role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager - Campaign Operations (ABM) to lead a high-performing campaign operations team responsible for the successful execution, optimization, and delivery of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns. Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Campaign Operations specialists to achieve operational excellence and high-quality campaign delivery.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of ABM and digital advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, trafficking, QA, launch, optimization, monitoring, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Ensure campaigns meet delivery KPIs, pacing, performance, and client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Client Success, Sales, Media Planning, Analytics, and Engineering to ensure seamless execution.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies.
- Monitor campaign health, identify delivery issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide technical guidance on campaign implementation, platform capabilities, troubleshooting, and best practices.
- Maintain SLAs, operational metrics, and quality standards across the team.
- Manage team capacity, performance, coaching, hiring, and career development.
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance reviews for leadership.
- Stay updated with evolving AdTech trends, platform capabilities, privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
- Required Technical Skills

- Experience working with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
- Exposure to automation, workflow optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Understanding of digital advertising ecosystem, privacy regulations, and measurement frameworks.
- Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing global environments.
