Associate Vice President, People Operations Job Description: Salud Healthcare is a tech-forward healthcare services organization that helps private practices transition to alternative payment models. The AVP, People Operations will lead human resources and talent acquisition to support our workforce and drive organizational success. Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for advancing the culture at Salud Healthcare through input and development of employee handbooks and policies, fringe benefit offering, and the development of ERGs as appropriate. - Responsible for the procurement and development of an enterprise ERP solution and ensure the accuracy of the HRIS data and affiliated systems. - Develop an annual review process for the company, including review templates and calibration guides. - Responsible for the recruitment of key onshore positions and partnering with vendors and strategic partners on any offshore roles. - Develop a robust onboarding process for new employees, - Architect and cultivate a culture of ongoing learning for existing employees, including learning modules for employees promoted into managerial roles. - Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations. - Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, experience with US immigration visas is a plus. - Lead diversity and inclusion efforts to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute HR projects and initiatives.
