Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in miscellaneous metals fabrication.
• Previous experience leading fabrication teams or serving in a foreman, supervisor, or similar leadership role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of miscellaneous metals fabrication processes and shop workflow.
• Experience coordinating production schedules, labor resources, and day-to-day shop operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of fabrication safety requirements and quality standards.
