User Interface

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing experiences for web and mobile products.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Conduct UX research and translate user needs into effective design solutions.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and design standards.
• Continuously improve product usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Experience working in the Internet/technology industry.
• Strong understanding of both UI design and UX principles.
• Excellent visual design skills with strong attention to detail.
• Degree or formal training in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields preferred.
• Strong artistic foundation in typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Required Design Skills
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Familiarity with modern design and prototyping tools such as Framer, * Protopie, and Principle.
• A natural design talent with excellent aesthetic judgment.
• User-centric thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance business goals, user needs, and product requirements.
• Self-driven, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Hardworking, adaptable, and willing to take on challenges.
• Passionate about creating outstanding user experiences.
• Preferred
• Experience building and maintaining design systems.
• Experience designing consumer-facing or high-growth digital products.
• Motion design, illustration, or branding experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated curiosity, learning ability, and potential to grow alongside the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem.
