About the role

Peak Era ABA ( https://peakeraaba.com/ ) is seeking passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join a supportive and growing ABA practice. We have current openings in Davis County, UT. The position offers 10-15 hours per week with a flexible schedule, making it an excellent opportunity for students studying ABA or related fields. You'll work closely with a supervising BCBA to implement treatment plans and help clients build essential skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in-home, clinic, or community settings
  • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
  • Collect and document accurate data on client progress
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
  • Communicate professionally with families and team members

Requirements

  • Active RBT certification through the BACB
  • Experience working with children, preferably in ABA or related fields
  • Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism
  • A compassionate and patient approach to care
  • Ability to pass background checks and meet other compliance requirements
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English (preferred)
