Responsibilities
- Lead preparation and submission of monthly progress claims and detailed cost variations
- Coordinate with site teams to gather photographic evidence and site logs for EOT and Loss & Expense claims
- Provide technical guidance and support to project-based QS staff on measurement standards and claim procedures
- Support the monitoring of project budgets and early identification of cost variances
- Assist in preparing commercial reports and financial updates for senior management
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 2 years of experience,
- Strong knowledge of standard forms of contracts used in Singapore (PSSCOC, SIA)
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills; strong analytical ability
- Familiarity with ERP/PM systems (e.g. ACC) and Microsoft Office Suite

QS for A1 Main con, A2 Main Con and Small main con are available. Small Main con has work life balance, working time 10am to 6pm . 5 days Location Ubi.
