About the role
Job Description & Requirements Supervise around 15 to 25 and ensure they provide quality cleaning service at clients place. Perform inspection and ensure cleaning teams adhere to safety measures during cleaning operations island wide e.g. PPT and local regulations. Assist in the development and review of operation plans to improve work procedures and quality service delivery. Plan weekly and monthly roster and work schedule for cleaners. Review weekly and monthly cleaning job reports for submission to management. Maintain stock of supplies of materials and equipment and implement maintenance schedules for tools and equipment. Identify and recommend suitable equipment and/or technologies to improve cleaning operations. Respond to the client's requests and deal with ad hoc challenges. Interpret tender specifications and prepare quotations for cleaning operations. Assist in negotiating terms, conditions, and pricing, and ensure they are accurately executed and satisfied. Assist in resolving existing contract conflicts Report potential risks on contractual changes to the management. Job Requirements: With at least 2 years of experience in supervising cleaners in cleaning or hospitality industry. Training will be provided. Must be able to travel for work for inspection. Must be able to plan schedule and good at time management. Must be able to use computer and work-related software, e.g. excel and e-mail, etc. Good Interpersonal, communication and strong leadership skills. Able to work under pressure. 5.5-days work week and required to work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (if needed). We are open for locals and work pass holders.
