We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented TSI Force Operations Specialist to join our team and focus exclusively on the management and optimization of TSI Force operations. This individual contributor role works closely with the Sales Team and Account Executive, playing a critical part in financial operations, opportunity management, and process improvement. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for TSI Force. Creation and maintenance of OE calculation sheets for every signed proposal. Portfolio management in TSI Force for MIS, SAP, and PUC bundles. Calculation and tracking of OTC (One-Time Charges) and MRC (Monthly Recurring Charges) for each bundle. Management and maintenance of WBS codes for all bundles. Creation of new Call Off Opportunities for each bundle (PUC, MIS, SAP) on a monthly basis. Preparation and presentation of weekly reports to Account Leadership, including: TSI Force operations overview Order Entry overview Proposals pending signature Escalation management 📌 Financial Reporting & Process Improvement Lead the implementation and ongoing management of new financial structures (e.g., 4-layer cake model). Identify and address gaps in finance booking standards; develop and execute mitigation plans. Ensure up-to-date financial structure in TSI Force for leadership review. Manage opportunities for de-booking and new non-standard requests monthly. Create and manage splits for OTC amounts exceeding EUR 20K. End-to-end management of TSI Force operations, including opportunity creation, tracking, and closure. Preparation and management of bulk proposals (e.g., Bulk PO for Data Lifecycle). 📌 Communication & Collaboration Develop and maintain external communication templates (e.g., proposal and handover emails). Plan and lead meetings with customers, Solution Architects, and internal teams to resolve outstanding proposals and drive successful signings. Collaborate with the Account Executive on key initiatives, such as frame agreements and process automation. 📌 Reporting & Analytics Update and present Power BI dashboards during sales calls. Ensure accurate and timely booking of Order Entry (OE) on a monthly basis. Provide leadership and the account management team with up-to-date overviews of TSI Force status. YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU: Prove experience in financial operations, opportunity management, or a similar role within an international organization. Have strong understanding of financial structures, booking standards, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI). Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Have experience working closely with sales teams, account executives, and technical teams. Have advanced Excel and data management skills; experience with SAP, MIS, and PUC bundles is an advantage. Have strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive process improvements. Are able to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines. TUV Advanced certification or willingness to obtain is preferred. Speak English at least at B2 level.
