Leads CI missions and oversees the execution of CI support plans that deliver CI functional services and CI activities to multiple customers or a supported element with diverse mission sets, often requiring collaboration across directorates. 4. Possesses experience overseeing the coordination of sensitive material in support of CI operations and Information Operations to ensure Command equities are protected and/or supported; demonstrates the ability to develop and maintain Command CI policies to capture CI Operations support roles and responsibilities. 5. Demonstrates understanding of linking CI operational requirements with CCMD plans, goals, and objectives and synchronizing OFCO requirements with other CCMDs to support CI operations globally. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Possesses experience countering, detecting, and deterring foreign intelligence entities active in the USINDOPACOM area of responsibility. 2. Relates experience managing a Combatant Commands' support to sensitive CI Operations to include providing comprehensive briefings to senior leaders on the risk/reward balance. 3. Exhibits comprehensive knowledge regarding the conduct of joint or combined CI operations at the strategic level.
