About the role

We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our showroom team. If you enjoy interacting with customers and have a flair for sales, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career in the home improvement industry. You will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting quality automated laundry racks, bathroom fittings, sanitary ware, kitchen sinks, taps, vanities, and related home products , while providing exceptional customer service throughout their purchasing journey.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Understand customers' renovation and home improvement needs, and recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Demonstrate product features, functions, and benefits effectively.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and follow up on customer enquiries.
  • Achieve individual and showroom monthly sales targets.
  • Upsell and cross-sell complementary products to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with homeowners, interior designers, contractors, and business partners.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Service, Warehouse, and Installation teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Handle after-sales enquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and pricing accuracy.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and new product launches.
  • Perform stock checks and other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of retail or showroom sales experience is preferred (training will be provided for suitable candidates).
  • Experience in bathroom products, kitchen products, sanitary ware, home appliances, or the renovation industry will be an added advantage.
  • Able to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to effectively serve English- and Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a positive, outgoing, and proactive attitude.
  • Sales-driven and motivated to achieve targets.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office and POS systems).
  • Willing to work weekends and public holidays according to the showroom roster.
