Shipping and Receiving Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage employees and daily activities.
• Monitor and report employee productivity and warehouse metrics.
• Manage the budget and expenses of the warehouse and its employees.
• Maintain equipment and alert management to any discrepancies or concerns.
• Develop processes to improve efficiency.
• Confirm that items such stocks received, system transactions and inventory are accurate.
• Ensure that the warehouse is compliant with health and safety rules and regulations.
• Conduct a routine inspection of the warehouse.
• Ensure the 5s methodology is applied in shipping and receiving areas.
• Communicate with internal and external partners.
• The essentials - You will have:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in Shipping/Receiving management and people management.
• The preferred- You might have:
• Previous Experience using SAP.
• Intermediate level of English.

Reporting to our Warehouse Manager, you will manage the activities related to receiving, storing of materials or finished goods, manage storage locations and put away processes. Ensure the security and accountability of materials and goods with inventory control. Ensure materials are available to meet production schedules. Establish and modify operational methods and procedures. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
