Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement demand planning processes, forecasting frameworks, and planning models to support business growth.
  • Generate and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and commercial inputs.
  • Incorporate key demand drivers such as promotions, product launches, tenders, and product lifecycle changes into forecasting activities.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy, analyze variances, and identify improvement opportunities through data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to integrate market intelligence and business plans into demand forecasts.
  • Translate demand plans into actionable signals for supply planning and inventory management.
  • Identify potential inventory risks including shortages and excess stock, and coordinate solutions with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain and manage SKU master data and customer data to ensure planning accuracy and reporting reliability.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to planning processes, systems, and data quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, or related functions.
  • Prior FMCG experience is required; F&B industry exposure will be advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in demand forecasting, data analysis, and statistical concepts.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or similar analytical tools is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of supply chain operations and inventory management principles.
  • Ability to read and write Mandarin to communicate effectively with overseas stakeholders and headquarters.
  • Independent, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.

Additional Information

Location: West, Singapore Salary: Up to $5,500 - $5,700 (depending on experience)
