Assists in periodic access reviews, identifies and addresses access issues - Contributes to the testing, integration and implementation of network segments, software, systems or applications. Monitors releases to ensure effective deployment to the production environment identifies and follows up with development team on any failures - Advises business users and supports on issues of moderate complexity for responsible services and systems, and escalating more complex issues where necessary - Performs and coordinates maintenance and housekeeping activities to ensure services are delivered in line with processes and standards, ensuring availability to meet business needs. Additionally, assists in documenting key processes and defining user and technical support protocols - Performs regular analyses for management on system specifications, usage, functionality and related performance metrics Grade Descriptor - Requires working knowledge of own discipline and a basic understanding of concepts and procedures in related disciplines - Demonstrates knowledge of the company, processes and customers - Performs a range of assignments related to discipline - Uses prescribed guidelines or policies in analyzing situations and resolving problems to deliver continuous business results - Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction; may provide informal guidance to new team members - Impacts quality and effectiveness of own team and may impact other closely related work teams whose activities are interdependent - Explains factual, sometimes complex and potentially dynamic information to others in straightforward situations.
