- Strong Knowledge in Sunflower and Corn cultivation.
- At least 3 years' experience in R&D.

- Demonstrated statistical and data skills, attention to detail, results orientation
- Strong record of innovation and applying new technology
- Willingness to work flexible working hours and travel frequently.
- Good communication skills in French and English. German skills are a plus.
- Valid driver's license.
