The pay for this role is $40 - $47 per hour if LPN, but up to $55 per hour if RN. Do you have a passion for people, and are looking for a reliable, enjoyable time role where you will be valued? Our Nurses: Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to our incredible residents. Support the DON (Director of Nursing) with assessments, admissions, and other duties as assigned. Ensure residents comprehensive needs are met, in accordance with the Skyline nursing team. Review routines, calendar of events and resident needs. Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and counted. Ensure all charting and record keeping is accurate and complete. Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Skyline/Transforming Age . Support our Culture of Excellence in all areas of responsibility. Perform other duties as assigned. What you need to succeed: Be a graduate of an accredited LPN/RN Program Have an active LPN/RN license in the state, in good standing Experience in a Nursing Home (Long-Term Care preferred, but not required) Have flexibility, able to work the occasional weekend/holiday as needed. Have knowledge of DHS Regulations Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well and collaboratively with team members and external individuals. Completion of a background check, drug screen. Other pre-employment screenings may include physical, TB test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines. Physical Requirements: On occasion, may need to push/pull/support up to 75 lbs.
