Responsibilities
- Audit Leadership: Lead preparation and compliance efforts for the year-end financial audit, ensuring accurate documentation and support for revenue and AR.

- Billing & AR Ownership: Oversee and optimize billing systems to ensure customers and distributors are billed on time and with full accuracy. Act as the escalation point for complex billing inquiries and support tickets via Zendesk, email, and phone.
- Credit & Collections Management: Monitor accounts receivable and aging reports, spearheading strategic collection efforts for overdue accounts and managing cash application processes.

- Requirements (must haves)
- Minimum 3-4 years of progressive accounting or finance experience in a fast-paced billing, AR, or general corporate accounting environment
- Strong foundational knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and direct familiarity with general ledger functions and financial accounting statements.
- An AI-forward mindset with a passion for learning and adopting new technologies; proven curiosity or experience in utilizing AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude, or specialized financial automation tools) to improve personal productivity and business processes.
- Familiarity with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
