How will your ideas contribute to shaping what's next? In this senior role, you'll lead the delivery of civil and land infrastructure projects across both design and construction phases, combining technical excellence with project and client leadership. You'll work on a diverse range of projects including SA Water programs, industrial developments, and major urban infrastructure initiatives, alongside broader national opportunities. You'll also be instrumental in mentoring engineers and helping grow Aurecon's Adelaide Land & Water capability, contributing to a strong and connected national team. Here are the key things you'll do to bring ideas to life: Lead and deliver land development and civil infrastructure projects across design and construction phases Oversee the preparation of civil engineering designs, drawings and technical documentation Provide technical leadership across: Roads, drainage, earthworks and municipal works Water and sewer reticulation Civil site and industrial infrastructure projects Build and maintain strong relationships with clients including SA Water, councils, and key authorities Mentor and develop junior engineers and contribute to team capability uplift Collaborate across South Australia and interstate teams (VIC, QLD, WA) Ensure designs comply with Australian and South Australian standards, council requirements and authority approvals
