We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Fitness Agent to join our dynamic team in Udaipur, India. As a Fitness Agent, you will be the vital link between our organization and our clients, promoting our fitness programs and services while ensuring an exceptional experience for every member. You will play a key role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and business growth through personalized service and genuine support for each individual's fitness journey. Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their fitness goals, preferences, and health concerns Present and promote fitness programs, memberships, and services tailored to individual client needs Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to recommend appropriate programs and training options Onboard new members and guide them through available fitness facilities, equipment, and services Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized communication Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback with empathy and professionalism Achieve membership sales targets and retention goals through effective relationship management Maintain accurate client records and utilize fitness management software to track progress and preferences Collaborate with fitness trainers and staff to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction Stay informed about fitness trends, industry developments, and organizational offerings to provide knowledgeable recommendations Organize and participate in fitness events, workshops, and promotional activities to increase community engagement Monitor client progress and motivate members to achieve their fitness objectives and maintain commitment Proven experience in customer service, sales, or fitness industry roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and customize fitness solutions accordingly Knowledge of fitness programs, training methodologies, and wellness principles Proficiency in time management and organizational skills to handle multiple client interactions Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to conflict resolution Familiarity with fitness management software and basic computer proficiency Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing client needs Motivational mindset with genuine enthusiasm for promoting health and wellness Bilingual capabilities in English and Hindi or local languages (preferred) Fitness certification from recognized organizations such as ACE, NASM, or equivalent (preferred) Prior experience in fitness sales, membership management, or wellness program coordination (preferred) Knowledge of the Udaipur market and local fitness industry trends (preferred) An opportunity to be with world's preferred hospitality company Captivating and rewarding experience working alongside passionate professionals Range of exclusive Heartist Benefits Develop your talent through learning programs by Academy Accor.
