JOB OVERVIEW Provide services and support as a Briefing Skills Training Instructor [Civilian Training Services] aligned with the Briefing Skills Training Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline in the DOD/Military Industry Sector. This role focusses on HC | Human Capital Solutions for clients such as United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) | USARC Civilian Training Services - 'Civilian Personnel Management Office (CPMO) Generally Located In CONUS - Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC and Virtual Delivery) and across the Southeastern United States / U.S. East Coast Region (Of Country/World) Hybrid - On/Off Client Site and Virtual. Delivering briefing skills learning solutions that strengthen workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance. The Briefing Skills Training program is a professional communication and leadership development course designed to strengthen participants' ability to prepare, organize, and deliver clear, concise, and persuasive briefings that support organizational objectives and informed decision-making. This training equips participants with practical techniques for audience analysis, message development, information prioritization, executive-level communication, public speaking, and presentation design while emphasizing the importance of tailoring information to diverse stakeholder groups. Through facilitated instruction, coaching, experiential learning activities, presentation exercises, and performance feedback, participants develop the confidence and discipline necessary to communicate complex information effectively, engage audiences, and influence outcomes in both virtual and in-person professional environments.
