About the role

In this opportunity as Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager , you will be focusing on: Team Leadership & Coaching - Lead, motivate, and develop a team of SDRs responsible for outbound prospecting and pipeline generation across Asia & Emerging Markets. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Enablement teams to support regional growth initiatives. About You You are a fit for the role of Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager if your background includes: Proven experience managing or coaching SDR, BDR, inside sales, or outbound prospecting teams. Strong background in B2B outbound sales, lead generation, or pipeline development, ideally within technology, SaaS, or enterprise solutions. Demonstrated success driving pipeline generation and achieving performance targets in a metrics-driven environment. Experience supporting regional or multi-country sales teams is highly preferred.
